Alignment 360 Church is safe community focused on equipping the total person spiritually, mentally, physically and in the marketplace. We provide practical biblical teaching, wellness support and economic empowerment so people can grow in their faith, strengthen their mindset, improve their overall well-being and build sustainable lives and legacies.

Our approach goes beyond traditional church settings. Through outreach, leadership development, strategic wealth and business labs and community initiatives, we help individuals align their faith with real-life execution at home, in business, and in their purpose. Alignment 360 is a place where people are equipped, activated, and supported to thrive in every area of life.

Our Leaders

Demetris L. Henry (DL) is a Visionary Leader, Entrepreneur and has thrived in the Mountains of Entertainment and Business. Apostle DL pastored in the trenches of North Carolina for several years. In parallel, he also served as a university educator who enriched the lives of male prisoners. As an educator, Apostle DL helped prisoners get reestablished, start businesses, build healthier family environments and learn their identity in Christ.

After receiving a word from the Lord that he was called beyond the church walls, Apostle DL entered the mountain of Arts and Entertainment full-time as Comedian DL Henry. Through comedy, he's been able, encourage, influence and use his spiritual gifts to create laughter with no vulgarity. He has encouraged people through comedy on TV 1, The Stellar Awards, in churches and more.

Erica Brooks Henry is a servant Visionary Leader, Marketplace Strategist and multi-faceted Teacher. Over the years, she has championed the development and growth of over 100 businesses and the establishment of 21 churches and ministries (The Business of Church). Since God has given us the power to get wealth, she customizes roadmaps to shift household economics and advance the kingdom. Apostle Erica has been in marketplace and the fivefold ministry for 26 years combined. Her teacher anointing has allowed her coach executives Equip, Activate and Send leaders. Erica is a certified John Maxwell Coach and Trainer.

Apostles DL and Erica are Successors of Bishop Dr. Norman E. Hardman Sr., Founder of Mount of Transfiguration Ministries (MOT). MOT became Alignment 360 Church on December 31, 2025. They are also the Founders of Collide Ministries Worldwide and The Collide Hub – Dallas.

Our History

We were founded December 7, 2012 as Mount of Transfiguration Ministries. Once we transformed, we decided it’s time to align and we became Alignment 360 Church.

Mount of Transfiguration Ministries was founded by the honorable Bishop Dr. Norman E. Hardman Sr. The founding elders who carried the vision to fulfillment are Elders Pamela Hill, Lillie Bailey and Percey Marks.

Bishop Dr. Norman E. Hardman Sr. is a husband, father, mentor and prolific teacher. He is happily married to Lady Vanessa Hardman who is an amazing partner and blessing to the Body of Christ gifted in hospitality, intercession and real estate investing.

Dr. Hardman has served in ministry over 30 years in various capacities. God has allowed him to prepare himself educationally within the higher institutions of learning by obtaining a B.S. in Business from Tuskegee University, a Masters Degree in Business from Troy State University and a Doctorate of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville Florida.

Dr. Hardman also has 23 years of managerial experience in Corporate America which he uses to strengthen church organizational growth and development. His main objective is to advance God's Kingdom through teaching the Word of God with accuracy which transforms minds and develops champions. 

Collectively, Bishop Norman E. Hardman Sr. and Lady Vanessa Hardman are hands-on serving people with love, kindness and compassion while advancing the kingdom.
