M.E.N. Locker Room (Managing • Equipping • Navigating) is a men’s ministry designed to be a safe, authentic space where men can have real conversations and grow. It focuses on helping men manage life and responsibilities, equip themselves with practical and biblical tools, and navigate challenges related to leadership, relationships, mental health, purpose, and personal growth. Through open dialogue, brotherhood, and truth-centered guidance, M.E.N. Locker Room empowers men to become healthy, grounded leaders in their homes, communities, and beyond.

Meeting in the Ladies Room

Meeting in the Ladies Room is a real talk chat to help women know their value. It's a space for honest discussions about the things that shape a woman's life like: relationships, purpose, money, career, motherhood, marriage, singleness, menopause, healing, boundaries more. The ladies' room is intimate to the "Meeting In The Ladies Room" conversations are intimate with fresh perspective, wisdom, real talk and the confidence to collectively navigate life.

When you know your value, you stop settling, stop shrinking, and start showing up as the woman you were created to be.
